This new Rock Crusher from K&M Krushers. These crushers are the next generation of crushers. All of the critical parts are cut out with a CNC Laser cutter to insure everything is square and precise. The bolts & nuts that hold the hammers and mount your motors are schedule # 8 alloy. Your new K&M Krusher features a 11" Drum with a 2-1/2" Infeed Tube. The Hammers are a Rockwell Hardness of 62 on the outside and #58 on the inside turning your 2-1/4" rocks into 100-200 mesh talcum powder.  Easy 3 wing knobs for front plate removal. (Always look for gold in the back/bottom corner of the drum) The screen in the bottom of the drum is now fitted with a new easy replacement system. The screen is stainless with more holes per inch than any other crusher allowing more thru-put. The Gas Motor is a Kohler 7 Hp Motor that is backed with a 3 Year Commercial Warranty. This motor features a 4 stage air-filter and 3 fuel filters. Its a 4 stroke motor and designed for hard work. This crusher will come in 2 shipments, 1 is the Motor & the other is the crusher & all the parts to mount the motor.

This set of Legs for your K&M Krusher. This set includes 4 legs, 4 cross member brackets and all the Nuts-Bolts-Washers needed. These are made here in Oregon just like our crushers. These legs will fit all of the K&M Krushers. This set has been designed to fit our 11" Crusher & our 14" Crusher with the the cross members having 4 holes in the center so with either size machine will have 2 holes line up for the 2 nuts & Bolts (Provided). All 4 legs & Brackets are identical so assembly is a "No Brainer" This set of legs will raise your crusher 21-1/4" off the floor. The legs are 24" tall but remember these slide into your crusher frame. We have also cut holes in the bottom plate so you can either bolt it to the cement floor or put locking casters on them. The hole pattern is Center to Center 2-3/4" X 1-3/4" Laser cut slightly oblong. (See Photos) This pattern fits most all of the 3-5" Casters out there. The way you assemble these legs is simple, support the crusher up about 24" and slide in the 4 legs all the way then sit the crusher down. Next is putting the cross member supports together to lock the legs in. The brackets end with one hole attaches to the leg. Either side works as all 4 legs have holes on both sides. (We suggest the holes on the outer sides of the legs) Now pull the 2 brackets up together to meet in the middle of the legs and insert 2 Nuts & bolts. Repeat this on the other side and then tighten up all the nuts to the bolts and you are ready to go. (After the first set up no need to remove the brackets from the legs as they fit inside for storage)

NOTE; These legs will fit all of the K&M Krushers and might work on other machines from Jaw crushers to other manufactures crushers. The legs at the insertion spot or top is 2-5/8" tall and 1-5/8" wide. Its designed to fit our frame that measures 2"x3" rounded steel tubing.
